FAQs 1. How does a gateway pair with a lock? You can watch our connection video in the page description to guide you through the process.

1. Why isn't the gateway working with my lock? Once the gateway successfully pairs with the lock, please enable the remote function in the settings. Instructions: Settings → Remote Unlock → ON.

2. Is it compatible with 5G networks? No, it only works with 2.4G WiFi. Compatibility: The Veise G2 WiFi gateway is compatible with smart locks using the DD Lock App/TT Lock App. One gateway can pair with multiple door locks under the same account (Note: Other apps are not compatible).

Remote Control: The gateway, connected to the DD Lock App or TT Lock App smart lock, enables remote control to check real-time lock status and remotely set custom passwords and other functions.

Voice Control: After pairing with the smart lock, the gateway supports Alexa and Google voice assistants for voice-controlled operation.

Tips: A 2.4G WiFi network is required for pairing. To ensure a stable connection, maintain a distance of up to 32 ft between the gateway and the door lock during setup. When adding the gateway, ensure your smartphone and the gateway are connected to the same WiFi network.
